As a mental health coach and pastoral counselor, my goal is to help people shift from living in pain to embracing wholeness and purpose. Over the past 7 years, the care I have provided to my clients has impacted their lives, their family systems, and their future. I counsel and coach from an authentic, yet nurturing perspective. I keep it real and help propel people to greatness through connection and individualization. I use my diverse legal, theological, and mental health background to help my clients go from hurt to whole.
